Local Shipping Policy
At ArtZHouse, we aim to provide quick and reliable local delivery for all orders.
Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $7.00 for all local orders within Illinois.
Delivery Time: Local deliveries typically arrive within 20 business days. Orders placed before 20 days will be processed and shipped the same day.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's status.
Local Pickup: If you'd prefer to pick up your order in person, select our "Local Pickup" option at checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
Free Shipping: Free local shipping is available for orders over $100, applied automatically at checkout.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy:
Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned within 20 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 20 days.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.
